Patients are asked to please not bring any valuables (jewelry, wallets, purses, etc..) or personal property with them to Mesquite Diagnostics, if possible. You are welcome to bring a family member with you to your appointment, but we will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your personal items.
When arriving for a scheduled exam, please come to the front desk at Mesquite Diagnostics approximately 10 minutes prior to the scheduled test. Free parking is available in the lot directly outside of the building. We understand that you may have family members or friends with you for the exam. However, if you are bringing young children, please bring an adult to supervise them while you are having your exam. Since the MRI uses a strong magnetic field, we will ask you to remove any metal objects prior to the exam such as jewelry, eyeglasses and clothes with zippers, buttons and wires.
You will need to bring a picture ID, insurance card and the physician order. If you have a Med-Key card, it will reduce your registration time. If you have any other question or concerns, or if you are unsure of what to bring with you, please contact us with your questions at 972-686-1944.
